ADD Systems is a specialist provider of software for the petroleum and gasoline distribution, lubricants, heating oil and propane industries throughout the US and Canada. ADD Systems has embedded ExpressQ into two of its products ? Pegasus? and Raven? - which are used by customers including Griffith Energy, Heritage Energy, Peninsula Oil and Petro. Pegasus, a mobile dispatch and service monitor solution, increases the productivity of field technicians by enabling them to wirelessly access work orders and customer information via a hand-held mobile device, and transmit any status updates directly to head office on completion of the service call. Raven, a mobile routing and delivery solution, enables delivery personnel to view a scheduled list of daily deliveries, access customer information and sign off on completion of the delivery via a mobile device.
Boeing selected ExpressQ to wireless-enable its Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) solution, which is included in Boeing?s commercial airplanes. The EFB contains all documentation and forms that pilots carry ? aeronautical maps and charts, manuals or fault reporting and operations, minimum equipment lists and logbooks ? in digital format, and puts them at the crew's fingertips. The EFB also provides on-board wireless communications and messaging to pilots and co-pilots, providing the cockpit with real-time access to key flight data and interruption-tolerant communications generated in the air, on the ground and in the hangar.
