Hostopia.com [TSX: H] says it has acquired Nexthaus, a developer of applications for mobile devices.

Nexthause software synchronizes data between computers and mobile devices, such as calendar and contact updates from a desktop to a cell phone. The information on a user's mobile phone is also automatically and remotely stored, which means that such information can be transferred to a new phone if lost. Hostopia will bundle the software with its hosting plans.

Nexthaus get an all cash transaction of $950K plus earn outs of up to $200K, plus 15% of revenues received from the acquired assets for 3 years.
