how to develop 3d racing game?

i wanna develop a 3d racing game for mobile using j2me .. i dont have any idea about it ,, but i can learn .
the question is ,, can i do that,, if yea how does it take time ?
if i can. is there any book .. tutorials .. i should see it??

yeah, i think this question is valid becoz most of us are new to how to make 3D games, if any tutorial are there please share with us.
