help regarding jar file : urgent

i have the jar file of a game. i have extracted its contents with winrar. now i want to change a png image in the extracted files and then convert it back to jar file. how can i do it ??

or is there any other way so that i can extract a jar file and change its contents and then convert it back to jar ???

actually the matter is....i have a jar file of a game and i played it on my mobile...i wanted to change the splash screen image to a different one....so i extracted the jar file....replaced that .png file with one of mine of same size and then again zipped it back.....but when i tried installing it again on my phone,it gave a error

"this file cannot be installed beacuse one or more files are missing"

i tried again from beginning but couldnt find a solution....

so the fact is dude i am just curious how to do it

I guess it is not advisable to do that and We don't want to help in do this. Please post any doubts regarding development and in J2ME.
