is it possible to send a command to a server using a nokia 6600 and the server will respond? i am trying to create a program for my 6600 that will request for some data in the database and the server will respond by sending the requested data to the phone.. is this possible? if it is, what type of connection do i have to use? http? socket? datagram? i have no idea yet on how am i going to do this project... please help me..

Http connection is the best way. Coz scoket and datagram are not good for global market. Considering India, most serive providers dont allow other than http connections. So I hope http should be simple and best way to attain data transfer with server.
